It's happening again - 24-27 April 2008, in association with Filmhouse.

CATALOGUE now available (4MB PDF)

DEAD BY DAWN – four days of utter horror indulgence with the usual stunning programme of previews and glorious indie discoveries, complemented by a superb selection of classics, more short film programmes than you can shake a splintered bone at, special guests, endless give-aways, goodies, a late bar every night and your very own FAB Press shop.

Pretty much everything takes place in Cinema One at Filmhouse from 24th – 27th April.  All-inclusive tickets cost £60.

SPAWN OF DAWN - as the name suggests is a slightly-kinder-to-the-brain night of horror treats featuring five features and ten shorts from the Dead by Dawn programme.  This movie marathon kicks off at midnight on Saturday 26th April in Cinema Two at Filmhouse.  Tickets cost £25.

Tickets for both events went on sale at 10.30am on Wednesday 20th February from Filmhouse box office.  Their phone number is 0131 228 2688.  Box office is open until 9pm every night.  From Thursday 21st, they revert back to their usual opening time of 12 noon.

When you buy, you'll be asked for some personal info like address, postcode and phone or email.  We don't give these details to anyone else.

Please be aware that the event is for over-18’s only.  Also, our refund policy is that once the event is a sell-out, we will offer your ticket to the waiting list.  If it re-sells, you get a refund.

If you buy your ticket(s) in person, you can take them away with you of course, but any tickets bought over the phone will be held for you for collection, although you can ask the box office to send you a receipt.  Once you’ve paid over the phone you can collect your ticket from Filmhouse box office any time up until the festival starts.  From the first day of the festival, you can collect it from the dedicated Dead by Dawn desk in the cinema foyer.

Remember, the phones will be ludicrously busy the first couple of days the tickets are on sale, but please persist – you will be able to get through eventually!

Full travel and accommodation info is available on request.
